Session 15 opened with three blocking items on the AE handoff flow. The critical domain bug — every email link still pointing to qualify.hyvara.ai — was diagnosed and killed. The token page load issue traced to an auth-gated import in the wrong place. Account name gating in HandoffModal is in flight. The AE bridge is now functional end to end for new sends.
Kevin and Jon spent time today working through Kyle Chau's qualification debrief in detail. The conversation covered what the platform surfaced, what it missed, and what the experience tells us about the AE handoff flow going forward.
Kyle Chau's debrief was the test case for everything Session 14 built — the full handoff flow from SDR analysis to AE token page. Kevin and Jon went through the debrief together today to map where the platform performed and where the gaps showed up.
The core tension they talked through: the platform right now gives the AE a snapshot of what the SDR found. That's useful. But what it doesn't yet do is help the AE understand what to do next with it — what question to ask first, what gap to close before the discovery call, what the SDR actually couldn't get to.
The handoff reads like a report. It needs to read like a briefing.
Kevin and Jon aligned on the direction coming out of the session. The AE token experience needs to evolve from a read-only analysis view into something closer to a pre-call prep tool. The SDR note, the gaps, the qualification score — those should be orienting the AE toward the next conversation, not just confirming what the SDR already knows.
That's a Session 16+ build item, not a hotfix. The immediate work is getting the handoff bridge itself solid — account name gate, queue navigation, token page reliability. Get the plumbing right, then build the experience on top of it.
Jon also flagged the AE dashboard vision Kevin raised during session: when an AE gets a handoff email and clicks in for the first time, they shouldn't land directly in a single analysis view. There should be a lightweight onboarding moment — welcome to Hyvara Network, here's your queue — before they get into the work. That's part of the AE Hive top-of-funnel build, queued for later in v0.7.
Session 15 opened with three P1 blocking items on the AE handoff bridge. Two are confirmed closed. The account name gate is in flight — prompt is written and ready.
Session 16 starts by closing out the account name gate, then moves into the remaining P2 items — health ring colors, territory management, and leaderboard polish. AE dashboard vision is flagged for later in v0.7.
A 90-minute call with Kyle Chau and Colin Schaap on June 18, followed by a same-day debrief with Jon Yee. Kyle has direct relationships with both primary targets and has committed to making introductions. Sarah is back from sabbatical mid-July. That is the trigger date.
Track 1 — Sarah + Alison (Kyle-sponsored): Partner program, Hub, behavioral data, executive dashboard. Kyle makes the intro mid-July when Sarah is back. Tony Sanders call next week validates the read on internal politics before we walk in.
Track 2 — Mike Neumann (direct): Sales floor. Mike retires December 31 — that's a 6-month window, not a 9-month window as previously assumed. Pilot agreement target is September. Keep this track completely separate from the Sarah/Alison track for now.
Tony Sanders held Sarah's role before her. Retired 3–6 months ago. No current-employee filter on what he'll say. Call next week.
Ask him: "If you had godlike visibility into relationship flow and decision criteria — what would you want?" That's the frame for the executive dashboard Jon and Kevin will design at the hackathon. What Tony describes is what Sarah should see on day one.
